Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

The short version.

Some of what you tell CR3ALITY, like how you feel and what you believe about yourself, can count as health data under laws in Washington, Nevada and other states.
We use it only to build and play your personal practice. We never sell it and never use it for ads.
Our AI providers process it for us to write your affirmations and make your audio. Fish Audio also handles your voice if you choose to record it.
You can see it, export it, delete it, or delete your whole account in the app at any time.

This policy applies to "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370, and similar state laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.

1. The health data we collect

Emotional and mental wellbeing: your onboarding answers about your beliefs, what you felt growing up, your gut reactions to statements, your patterns, and how likely you believe your goals are.
Your goals and focus: what you are working toward, which can say something about your wellbeing.
Journal and check-ins: notes you write, check-ins you complete, and photos you attach.
Practice and sleep-related activity: when and how long you listen, including at bedtime and when you wake.
Voice (optional): a recording of your voice and the voice model made from it, only if you choose to create a personal voice. Some laws treat this as biometric data.

2. Where it comes from

Directly from you, through what you answer, write, record and do in the app. We do not buy health data or collect it from other sources.

3. How we use it

To write your personal affirmations and program.
To make and play your audio, in a built-in voice or your own.
To show your progress and run reminders and alarms you set.
To keep the Service secure and working.

We collect and use it only as needed to provide the service you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

Processors acting for us: Supabase (storage), Anthropic (writing your affirmations), OpenAI (making images from a written description) and Fish Audio (making speech). They handle it only to provide their service to us.
Fish Audio and your voice: if you create a personal voice, Fish Audio's terms allow it to use the recording to train or improve its AI. We ask for your separate, explicit consent before you record.
No one else, except where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Know and access: download a copy of your data from Profile in the app, or ask us which health data we hold and who has received it.
Delete: delete your voice, journal entries and photos, or your whole account, in the app. Deleting your account deletes your health data, and we delete your voice model from Fish Audio.
Withdraw consent: delete your personal voice at any time, or delete your account to stop all processing.
Appeal: if we refuse a request, reply to our decision to appeal it. If we deny the appeal, Washington residents may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
